Your Teacher
My story's probably similar to yours - started off with movement, tried to get my handstands throwing myself against the wall, underestimated how hard it was, failed, took a few classes here and there that led to marginal success, gave up a few times, frustrated...
I then changed countries, and, unable to find any class (I was into acrobatics at the time), dedicated my training to exploring every single facet of the handstands. Researched it, got better, made a few enlightening mistakes on the way, kept refining it until finally... the light bulb found the socket.
If you can harness the recipe of handstands, success is assured.
Throughout this course, my goal is to help you reach your own handstand goals, and hopefully serve as your guide in what can be one of the most difficult skills to master... until you know what to do and why.
I live in sunny Dublin, and split my life between Ireland, France and the different cities I hop on and off to teach workshops and intensives :)
